Don’t worry, most people aren’t comfortable taking their clothes off for photographs from a stranger, so I get it! And while it may be a little scary, it’s also a lot exciting. And liberating. And fun! And I’m super goofy and dorky, so I promise we just end up laughing the whole time! Your session will be upbeat and professional, with me guiding you along the way (starting now!) so you have all your questions answered. While you may start the session uneasy, the nerves will go away quickly.

You’re the youngest you’ll ever be, and sometimes you just have to take that leap. All of the people I photograph have flaws and insecurities just like you and me (and almost everyone has stretch marks, cellulite, discolorations, marks, and scars too). We have shot people of all sizes and shapes and colors, with scars, tattoos, eczema, vitiligo, pre-, during, and post-pregnancy, and more. What makes your session amazing and unique is YOU.

What if I'm not comfortable doing a boudoir session?

A boudoir experience with The Delicate Studio starts long before the actual shoot. I prep you in detail before and after you book by going through everything in detail over the phone, sending you my Pre-Session Guide, Pricing and Bonus Guide, Prep Guide, plus emails leading up to your session with more information. You will also fill out a Questionnaire so I can tailor the experience to you and what your vision is. For any additional questions that might come up, you also have the option of scheduling a Pre-Session Phone Consultation with me. 

The day of your session, you should prepare to be with us from 10am to 4pm. We start with in-studio professional hair and makeup before choosing outfits and then having your 90-minute photoshoot! After that we break for lunch where I narrow down and edit your images, and after lunch you come back for an Image Reveal and Ordering Session where you see all your images, pick your favorites, and we will finalize your product choices as well! Each session comes with full professional editing on your final images as well. You will still look like you, with just a little polish!

What should I expect for my boudoir session?

Well good news, I have a Client Closet with sizes ranging from XXS to 6XL full of hundreds of items like bodysuits, lingerie sets, body chains, robes, sweaters, dresses, harnesses, and other fun pieces for you to use! Use of the Client Closet is included with all sessions. 

You are also welcome to bring your own props and outfits if you would like, like jackets, jeans, sweaters, hats, dresses, button-up shirts, and whatever else you find sexy! The easiest (and sexiest) outfit though, is your birthday suit! There is time for about 4 outfits in total, and we have time during the day to narrow down outfits to perfectly highlight you!

What should I wear? I don't own any lingerie!

Our gorgeous and unique studio is nestled in downtown Noblesville, IN inside the historic Gordon Building. With exposed brick, natural light, high ceilings, and 1000+ sq. ft, you don’t want to miss it!

Where will my boudoir session take place?

Boudoir is for everyone! I promise. Every single person - no matter your age (well… 18+), size, gender, race, occupation, confidence-level, or any other excuse - should experience the empowerment that is boudoir. 

Before I had my first boudoir session, it never crossed my mind that a boudoir session would be something I would want to do. I had heard that it was something people did, like bull riding, and just knew it would be something I wouldn’t experience in my life. However, once I saw a friend of mine’s session, my mind started changing. She looked so good and confident so I started looking into my own session. I was so nervous leading up to the session, debating if I actually wanted to do this, but had such a blast and felt so damn good afterward. I felt sexy and proud and confident, and became addicted to that feeling. I want you to get that rush as well!

Step out of your comfort zone and do something just for you. I promise it will be worth it!

What if I'm not sure if boudoir portraits are for me?

I highly discourage you from cancelling, because I just don’t want you to chicken out! I promise you it’s worth it! The session fee is non-refundable, so no matter when you cancel that cannot be refunded. I offer one complimentary reschedule 30 days before your session.

Due to the custom nature of these packages, any products/prints already purchased are non-refundable.

What if I change or mind or need to reschedule or cancel?

Don’t worry, that’s what I’m here for! I will guide you through each pose – from your hands to your eyes to your feet, and even your hair and outfit I will place in the perfect spot! I will make sure you look – and feel – amazing! 

What if I don't know how to pose?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards here.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you photograph couples?

I will not post photos online or elsewhere without your consent! They are yours to do with what you please. At your ordering session we will discuss which photos I can share, and where. If you don’t want me to, that’s no problem at all!
